Tests and Measures Guide:

Finding Tests on the Web

Following are a few useful sites where you may be able to find tests, measures and scales on the web. Keep in mind that you need to evaluate all information you find on the web to ensure it is reliable. One way you can do this is by using our Web Page Checklist.

Geriatric Depression Scale
Goldberg Mood Scales
Online Screening Tests from NYU : Depression Screening Test (ODST), Anxiety (OSA), Sexual Disorders Screening for Women and for Men (SDS), and Personality Disorders (PDS)
Psychological Maltreatment of Women Inventory

The University of Adelaide Library's web page Psychiatric Rating Scales and Diagnostic Aids has an extensive listing of tests, measures and scales.

Also try the University of Texas at Arlington's web site by Helen Hough, Tests and Measures in the Social Sciences. You can search for a test and you can find the title of a book and page number that the test is located. You will then need to see if the BU Libraries own that book by searching in infoLINK, our library catalog.
