19th Century Masterfile (including Historical Abstracts) - This index is the largest resource for pre-1920 studies. Search every relevant printed index to material of the period including New York Times and London Times.

Philosopher's Index - Provides indexing and abstracts from books and journals of philosophy and related fields. It covers the areas of ethics.

Gerritsen Collection - Women's History Online - Includes books, journals, and pamphlets reflecting the evolution of a feminist consciousness and women's rights. Materials span four centuries up to 1945. Provides easy access to primary sources otherwise available only in a few rare book rooms.
