About our collections

Binghamton University Libraries, as member of the Federal Depository Library Program, receives, catalogs and makes available federal government publications in a wide variety of formats. Areas well represented in the collection include criminal justice, demographics, the economy, the environment, foreign relations, health, history, law, labor, and military history. Most materials received can be found using infoLINK, the Libraries' catalog ; materials available on the web can be located using the pages below; as well as by doing title and keyword searches in infoLINK.

NYS depository logoWe also serve as a Research Center Library for the New York State Depository program, in which we receive indexes and microfiche documents as they are available. Our collection can be searched in infoLINK. Most of the NYS Depository material is now available online, and can be found either using links to the webpages below or by searching the NYS Library catalog, Excelsior.
