Thomson Research
Covers 10Ks, 10Qs, annual reports, proxies, etc. for U.S. companies and international
companies on U.S. stock exchanges. Has nice, one page overviews under Company
Tearsheet, Financial Tearsheet, Company Brief, and Company Profile. The advantage of this database over LEXIS
is that specific information can be pulled out without viewing
the entire 10K. Within the 10K, the Business and Management Discussion sections are particularly useful. To search, type a company name or ticker
in the box. The Management Discussion section can be found by pulling up the PDF format and searching for Item 7. Note that reports for international companies are called 20F rather
than 10K. Thomson Research Tutorial
