Financial Accounting Standards Board
The place to go for recent FASB statements, announcements, exposure drafts, etc.

Governmental Accounting Standards Board
Seeks to improve state and local governmental standards for accounting and financial reporting.

International Accounting Standards Board
The official site of the IASB. The full-text of the standards is restricted to members only, but summaries are available.

The Public Accounting Oversight Board
The PCAOB is a private sector, non-profit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Its mission is to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and promote the public interest in the preparation of fair and independent audit reports.
