Scope and Content Note

The H.A. Jules-Bois Collection contains poetry, journal entries, newspaper clippings, a complete version and drafts of “Saint Albert, ” drafts of “Louis Veuillot, ” notes, and personal papers. Jules-Bois was, evidentally, acquainted with Padric Colum, whose collection is also held by this department; this explains why the H.A. Jules-Bois Collection was donated here. The Jules-Bois Collection is contained in two boxes listed in the following pages. The collection was organized and described by Carina Bandhauer, a graduate student intern in the Special Collections department.
