SALALM - Seminar on the Acquisition of Latin American Library Materials

SALALM's annual conference is held each spring/summer.

Future SALALM conferences will be hosted by the Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut in Berlin (July 3-8, 2009) and by Brown University in Providence, RI (2010).

The theme for the upcoming Berlin conference is "Migrations and Connections: Latin America and Europe in the Modern World" (español, português).The conference will be held at the Hotel Maritim in Berlin. Early estimated registration and exhibitor costs are available, however they should be considered only estimates at this time.

Travel support to attend the annual conference is available through Enlace awards and the Presidential Travel Fellowship.
