Disease Profiler Trial

Disease Profiler is a collection of health-related statistics gathered anonymously from the health care programs of over 50 large companies from across the nation. The statistics capture how approximately three to four million active or retired employees use their employers' health care system each year. The cost of care, disease prevalence and demographic information related to disease diagnoses are only a few of the insights provided by this view into the U.S. health-care system.
