<![CDATA[<p>The Thurgood Marshall Law Library, in cooperation with the Government Printing Office, is creating an online archive of important papers of United States Commission on Civil Rights.     The collection includes both historical documents, such as the <em>Civil Rights Act </em>, to a 1994 study on white supremcists in Montana and a 2002 study on voting rights in Florida. </p>

<![CDATA[<p>The Governor announced Disaster Assistance Service Centers to provide help for citizens who  need  to apply for flood relief.   Representatives from many agencies will be available to provide assistance, including the Empire State Development Center, Department of Labor, Social Services and the American Red Cross.   Please see the <a href="http://www.ny.gov/governor/press/06/0703061.html">press release</a> for more information about the services that will provided and the hours and location of the centers. </p>
