The Information Commons facilities are a collaboration between Information Technology Services and the University Libraries.
*Remember to save your work often to your H (Samba) drive or a thumb drive.*
The Bartle Information Commons is testing double-sided printing. Look for the "Double Sided Printer" sign in the Reference Room side of the Commons. Releasing your Windows document from this printer will result in it being printed on two sides automatically. To print duplex from a Mac, some manual configuration is needed. (See on-duty consultant for instructions.) If you need to print on one side only, release your document from any other printer. Your quota will be charged as if you were printing on one side.
The Bartle Library Information Commons, located on the first floor of Bartle Library, has over 165 computer workstations with access to online research material, productivity software, scanning equipment, and quota printing. The Commons is staffed by Librarians and student technology Consultants who can assist you with your research and computing needs.
