Instructions

 Please use this form to report database problems in infoLINK. Your input will help us keep the database clean and accurate. We will use the information you send to correct particular problems and to identify areas of the database for cleanup projects. If you have any questions please contact Support.
  1. Enter your name and e-mail address on the form.
  2. Paste the MARC view of the catalog record into the form. This way we can be sure that we are fixing the problem on the right record.
    1. Locate the bibliographic record with the problem(s) in infoLINK.
    2. Select the MARC Tags view of the record.
    3. From the Edit menu, choose Select All (or Ctrl+A).
    4. From the Edit menu, choose Copy (or Ctrl+C).
    5. On this form, click in the box labeled Bibliographic Record and Select Paste from the Edit menu (or Ctrl+V).
  3. Please describe the problem in as much detail as you think is necessary for us to identify and fix the problem.
  4. Click Submit to send the report to Cataloging.
