Library Annex Request Form

Patrons may use this form to request delivery of items from the Library Annex to their preferred library. Materials at the Annex are paged daily Monday – Friday. Requests received by 8AM are available at noon that day. There is no paging Saturday and Sunday.

Please check infoLINK, the Library Catalog, to be sure that material is located in the Library Annex.
